Four Elements of Quality

We have four core elements that make up the Quality of which we are very proud and that provides you with the information and assurance you need.

1. From raw materials to food producers
We are focused on making sure you can be confident in the supply of our products. We have people dedicated to verifying the supply of our raw materials and issue full traceability documentation which is implemented using our bespoke bar code systems. This means we can trace all the blends using specific ingredients and identify every component in a premix. 

    2. Compliance
    As our quality assurance standards exceed the required standards, you can feel reassured that every single product and ingredient meets the highest safety standards and certification.

    3. Cross-contamination controls
    We have a whole range of systems in place to eliminate the risk of harmful ingredients in food. Our state of the art blending process has a strict planning sequence. After every blend our machinery is fully cleaned to eliminate any traces of contamination. Where appropriate we use fully separated blenders. All of these steps mean that you can feel highly confident at the great lengths we go to in order to prevent cross-contamination. 

    4. Premix analysis
    We provide you with analysis of all the active ingredients in your premix. This means your end-product is fully analyzed and backed up with appropriate documentation.  This is particularly important for specific applications such as baby food which requires chemical and microbiological analysis.
